Honestly these people should really stick to livestock. I won several lots in the recent model train auction they did and it was the worst auction exprience I've ever had. The way the lots were listed made no sense, ie, splitting locomotives up from there tenders, which devalues both items and could have been easily avoided with some very basic research. I bid online for my items and when I went to pick them up one lot had two pieces, and they lost they most valuable one. They then asked me if someone else's item was mine, sense it also had no lot number on it, so I guess I wasn't the only one? I could have easily said yes and just taken someone elses item. I was told I would get a call by Wednesday if my item was located, which did not happen. The only reason this review has two stars is because the lady who was helping me was very kind and tried very hard to locate my item. Sadly, the does not make up for the overall unprofressionalism of my experience here. I will not be bidding with these people again.
